Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through the inquiry form on this site, such as your name, company, work email, and a description of your acquisition criteria. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether an origination mandate is a fit, and communicate with you about our managed origination services. We do not sell your information.
Client campaign data
For active engagements, SourcedCRE operates the outreach and research systems used to build a client’s pipeline. Campaign data generated for a client mandate—target property records, ownership research, conversation notes, recordings, and follow-up history—is maintained for that client, remains accessible to that client, and is not distributed to competing firms. If a client affirmatively passes on and releases an opportunity under its written engagement terms, that opportunity may be introduced to another buyer without sharing the releasing client’s identity, underwriting, offer, strategy, or reason for passing. Recorded conversations are handled in accordance with applicable call-recording and consent requirements in the relevant jurisdictions.
Service providers
We use third-party CRM, telephony, transcription, analytics, and property-data providers to operate the service. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security controls. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted at any time by replying to any message from us.
